• Be civil. No harassment or personal attacks.
• No spam or unsolicited self-promotion.
• No doxxing or sharing private information.

Reviews

• Only review traders or services you have actually used.
• Back up scam accusations with evidence.
• No paid, incentivized, or fake reviews.

Advertising and paid content

Some of what you see here is paid for, and it is always marked. If a block carries no such mark, nobody paid for it.

• A block marked Promo is an advertisement. It has a frame of its own, its first line says it is a paid advertisement and not a ranking or a rating, and it links to the advertised channel’s page here rather than off the site. There is at most one on a page, and there is never one on a channel’s own page.
• A box marked as written by the channel owner is text that channel paid to publish on its page. We read it against our content rules first, and performance figures are not allowed in it, but nothing in it is verified — the numbers we checked are the ones above it.
• Rows bought in a listing are labelled as paid placement. The ranking underneath them is measured and is not for sale. A paid row whose channel has a confirmed scam report against it carries a red frame and that warning, and no link out to the channel — money buys the space, never our silence in it.
• Everything else — the scores, the hit rates, the activity labels, our own notes, reviews and scam reports — is measured or written by people. No amount of money moves any of it, and a channel that pays us and trades badly keeps the numbers it earned.

The only advertising here is a channel buying space for itself. There is no ad network on this site, no third-party ad tag, and nothing about you is sold to one.

The forum

Everything you post in the forum is public and indexed by search engines under the username you posted with. Write accordingly.

• Accusing a channel of taking people’s money is allowed and expected here — with evidence. Without evidence it is just an accusation, and it gets held or hidden.
• You can edit or delete your own post for 15 minutes. After that, ask a moderator.
• New accounts post at a lower rate limit than established ones. This is anti-spam, not a judgement about you.
• Topics tagged as scam accusations wait for a person to read them before they appear. Everything else publishes immediately.
• Posts are screened automatically, and posts from very new accounts are additionally read by a language model. Our Terms explain what that means for your text.

Private messages and images

• Do not use private messages to pitch, recruit, or sell. "I am the manager of channel X" is the oldest opening line in this business.
• Nobody from ChainRated will ever ask you for an API secret, a seed phrase or a password — not by message, not by email. Anyone who does is not us.
• Block and report anything that fits the paragraph above. A report is also what lets us read the conversation; until one arrives, we cannot.
• Images are re-encoded on upload and stripped of EXIF, but the stored file sits at a public web address. Do not attach anything you would not publish.

Enforcement and appeals

Moderators can hide a post, lock or pin a topic, and ban an account for 1, 7 or 30 days or permanently. They cannot edit your words, and everything they do is logged against their name. A hidden post stays visible to its author with the reason attached.

• Editing a held or hidden post puts it back in the review queue — try that first.
• To contest a ban or a removal, write to [email protected]. We aim to answer within 5–7 business days.
