1. Who we are

ChainRated ("we", "us", "the platform") is an independent rating and analysis platform for crypto copy traders and Telegram signal channels/groups. We collect publicly available data, apply our own methodology, and publish derived metrics such as Accuracy, Life Score, the channel score, and Verified status. We also run a public forum, private messaging between members, and verified track records read from exchange accounts their owners connect to us.

2. Using ChainRated

• You must be 18 or older, and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• One account per person. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep the password to yourself.
• You agree not to submit false reviews, fake scam reports, fraudulent claim requests, or otherwise attempt to manipulate ratings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

3. What you post here

This section covers everything you write or upload: reviews, scam reports, forum topics and replies, private messages, images attached to posts, and messages you send us. You keep ownership of it. By submitting it you grant ChainRated a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, translate, and moderate it on the platform.

• Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the trader or channel being reviewed.
• Scam reports must include supporting evidence (links, screenshots, transaction hashes) — unsupported accusations will not be published.
• We may filter, hide, or remove content that violates these terms, without prior notice.

Everything except private messages is public. Forum topics and replies, reviews, scam reports and your member profile are readable without an account, carry the username you posted under, and are listed in our sitemap for search engines to index. Treat a post here as published, not as a message to a room.

• You can edit or delete your own post for 15 minutes after posting it. After that the text is fixed; ask a moderator if something has to go.
• Deleting your own post removes it entirely. When a moderator hides a post instead, the text stays visible to you with the reason, so you can see what was objected to.
• We do not keep previous versions of an edited post — only the fact that it was edited, and when.

4. The forum, moderation and bans

Posts are screened in two automatic layers before or shortly after they appear, and by people after that.

• Every post and private message is scored by a pattern check — links, invite links, contact-me phrasing, shouting, repetition, and how new the account is. A high enough score holds the post for review instead of publishing it.
• Posts from accounts less than two days old are additionally read by a language model, which we run through a third-party AI provider. That means the text of those posts leaves our servers; our Privacy Policy names the provider. The model can hold a post for review, and for illegal content or scam links it hides the post outright.
• Topics tagged as scam accusations are held for a person to read before anyone else can see them. Everything else publishes immediately.

Moderators are members we appoint. They can hide and restore posts, lock, pin and unpin topics, mark an answer as the accepted one, and ban an account for 1, 7 or 30 days or permanently. They cannot edit the words of your post, cannot ban other moderators, and cannot read private messages. Every action a moderator takes is recorded with their name against it.

• If you are banned we email you (or message you on Telegram, if linked) with the reason and the end date.
• If a post of yours was hidden or held, editing it puts it back in the review queue — that is the fastest route.
• To contest a hidden post or a ban, write to [email protected]. We aim to answer within 5–7 business days. There is no automated appeal form today.

5. Private messages

Members can message each other. Private means private from other members, not encrypted: the messages sit in our database as ordinary text, and someone with access to our servers could read them. Do not send anything you would mind us holding — and never send an exchange API secret or a password to anyone here, including anyone claiming to be us.

• We do not read conversations as a matter of course. A conversation becomes readable to our operators only after one of its two participants reports it — the report is what opens it, and until then it is not reachable from our admin tools at all.
• A reported conversation is also passed through the same automated check described above, which means its text reaches our AI provider.
• You can block a member, which stops them starting or continuing a conversation with you. New accounts are limited in how many conversations they may start per day.
• There is no self-service delete for messages today. If you delete your account, the whole conversation goes with it — including the copy the other person has.

6. Accuracy of ratings and metrics

Metrics such as Accuracy, Avg R/R, Uptime, Life Score, and Verified/Unverified status are calculated using automated parsing of public data and our own methodology (see our Verification Guidelines). We do not guarantee these figures are error-free.

• "Verified" means ChainRated has replayed the provider’s published signals against historical exchange price data and displays the computed track record. It does not mean we endorse, recommend, or vouch for the quality of that provider’s signals or trading results — a provider can be verified and unprofitable.
• Parsing and classification of free-text signals can contain errors, especially for unusual formats. Providers can dispute a specific calculation via our contact process (see section 8).
• Our methodology may change over time, which may cause historical figures to be recalculated.

7. Scam Database

Entries in our Scam Database are based on user-submitted evidence and go through moderation before being marked as "Verified Scam." Entries default to "Community Report" status until reviewed.

• Providers have the right to dispute a Scam DB entry once they have claimed their page — see section 8.
• We may amend or remove entries where evidence is found to be insufficient or inaccurate.
• A "Community Report" status is not a final determination of wrongdoing.

8. Claiming a page, corrections and disputes

Owners of listed traders or channels can claim their page by proving they control it — the usual proof is a short code we give you, placed in the channel’s own Telegram bio. Owners of channels we have not listed can ask us to list theirs, which goes into the same manual queue.

• Claim requests, listing requests and disputes are reviewed by a person, typically within 5–7 business days.
• There is no self-service storefront editor today. A claimed owner asks us to change the name, description, links or pricing on their page, and we make the change. Where the displayed name changes, the page keeps a public rename history so a record stays findable under every name it carried.
• Claiming a page never lets you edit calculated metrics — Accuracy, the channel score, Verified status and the replayed record stay system-calculated. You may propose a correction, and we check it against the raw data.
• Releasing a claim is self-service and immediate. The channel’s measured record stays; only the ownership link goes.
• Paid listing tiers affect visibility and outbound links only — they do not affect verification status or calculated metrics.

9. Connecting an exchange account and publishing a track

You may connect a read-only exchange API key so we can read what an account actually traded, and you may then publish that record as a page on this site. Both steps are voluntary and free.

• Only connect an account you control. A key carrying trade, transfer or withdrawal permissions is refused when you submit it, and the permissions are re-checked on every sync — a key widened later is disabled rather than used.
• Publishing is all or nothing. There is no date range to choose and no metric to leave out; the page shows the whole record we can see.
• A published track is indexed by search engines from the day it goes up. Your username is in the page address, and it keeps the username you held when you first published, even if you rename later.
• The page shows percentages, counts, dates, drawdown and liquidations. It never shows your balance, your position sizes, or your deposits and withdrawals.
• The page carries a public journal: when the key was connected, replaced (with the last four characters of the old one), disconnected, or refused by the exchange, and the days on which positions were closed by liquidation.

You can unpublish at any time and the page stops answering immediately. What we cannot do is reach outside our own servers: a search engine’s cache or a web archive may keep a copy, and taking a page down does not delete those. If you publish again later, the period in between is shown as a pause, because a record with an unexplained hole is not a record.

• Disconnecting a key stops the sync. It does not delete the history already read — see the Privacy Policy for what we will delete on request.
• We may attach a note of our own to a published track, shown as "Note from ChainRated". You cannot edit it, and you can always see it — a record its own subject can annotate is no longer a record.
• If the same exchange account is connected by two different members, we do not block it: whoever connected first is not thereby the owner. If both publish, each page carries a note saying the account is published twice and linking to the other. We name no impostor, because we cannot tell which is which. A duplicate that stays unpublished is never named in public.

10. Paying us

Everything a reader comes here for is free, and so is proving a record. What costs money is extra backtest runs (credit packs or a Pro subscription) and three things a channel owner buys about their own channel: a paid listing tier (Featured or Spotlight), a section of their own page that they write, and a Promo banner on our listing and article pages. All three buy visibility and nothing else — never verification, a badge, or a better metric. Section 11 sets out what the two written products are and the rules they run under.

• We take USDT or USDC on TRON, BSC or Solana, straight to our own address. There is no card processor and no card path: we never see a card, and we hold no private keys to the receiving wallets.
• Each order quotes an amount with unique cents — that is how a payment is matched to you. Send one transaction, on the network shown. Funds sent on a different network go to an address nobody controls and are gone.
• The amount does not have to be to the cent: we match a transfer that is up to $2 short, or over by any amount, as long as only one order it could belong to is open. That is also why you may hold only one unpaid order per network and token at a time — two of them would be indistinguishable by the amount that arrives.
• You have 15 minutes at the quoted amount. After that the order expires, but for a further 24 hours a payment still completes it, under the same matching rule.
• If more than $2 is missing, the order waits for a top-up from the same wallet. If you overpay, the excess is not returned automatically — write to us and we return it by hand.

• Nothing renews itself. We store no payment method and cannot charge you: a subscription ends by simply not being paid again, and we email a reminder 7, 3 and 1 days before.
• Access ends at the moment the paid period ends. There is no grace period on access — the listing comes down and Pro’s unlimited runs stop at that timestamp.
• Backtest credits expire 12 months after purchase. While Pro is active your runs are unlimited and your credits are not spent, so they are still there afterwards.
• If you upgrade to a larger plan in the same calendar month you bought a credit pack, what you already paid that month comes off the price. That credit expires at the end of the month.
• Prices can change. A price is fixed for an order once the order exists; it is not fixed for a renewal you have not paid yet.
• We do not issue invoices and we charge no VAT. The Billing panel in your account is the record of what you bought.

11. Words and space a channel can buy

Two of the things we sell are words rather than placement: the section of a channel’s page that its owner writes, and the Promo banner. Both appear on pages a reader opened for our measurements, so the rules they run under are the product rather than its small print.

• The page section is the owner’s own text on their own channel page — up to 3,000 characters, up to 5 links and up to 10 questions and answers. It is stored and printed as plain text, it sits below our measurements, and it is labelled as written by the channel owner.
• The Promo banner is one line of up to 140 characters beside the channel’s name, shown on our listing and article pages. It is marked Promo, it says on its face that it is a paid advertisement, and it leads to that channel’s page on this site and nowhere else — a banner may not carry a web address of its own.
• There is one banner slot per page, shared in equal rotation by every campaign running at the time, and at most 5 campaigns run at once. A larger payment does not buy a larger share of the slot.
• A banner is never shown on a channel’s page. An advertisement for one channel on the page of another would be us selling the attention of readers who came for an impartial answer about that other channel.
• Neither product touches anything we measured. The score, the hit rate, Verified status, the activity labels, the edit counter, reviews and scam reports on a page are all indifferent to whether its owner has paid us for anything.

Every version of both is read by a person before any reader sees it, and every edit goes back into that queue while the previously approved version keeps running. Performance figures are refused in both — a win rate, a return, a profit in dollars. The numbers about results on this site are the ones we replayed ourselves, and a second set written by the seller on the same page leaves a reader guessing which of the two was checked.

• A channel with a confirmed scam report standing against it cannot buy any of the three — neither written product, and no listing tier either. The checkout refuses the order rather than taking money we would then have to argue about.
• When the paid period ends, the section stops being shown and the banner stops running at that moment, with no grace period. Nothing is deleted: renewing brings the same approved text back without another review.
• Emptying your banner text withdraws your own advertisement and takes effect immediately — that is you stopping it, not a moderation question.
• We can also stop either one after it has started, if it should not have passed review. You are told why by email, and the text stays yours to edit and submit again.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

ChainRated is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• We are not liable for any financial losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, information published on ChainRated, including decisions to subscribe to, or copy-trade, any listed provider.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of a nominal amount or fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, where permitted by law.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of ChainRated after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page is the date of the last change.
